Nope although I have to find out what this tune is now.
It's a theme song from an old infomercial for a fishing lure. I figured it was very unlikely that was the answer, but that's what it reminded me of. They're actually really good lures. It's pretty rare for infomercial products to be good, but my friend bought some and caught like a million fish with them.
