I find that alcohol really hurts my sleep quality. It might also cause or worsen sleep apnea.
Wine seems to fuck with me a lot more than other alcohols. Like I can remember hangovers from 10 years ago that were wine induced during a period I basically didn't get hangovers.
Higher sugar and sulfate content maybe? Same for me, but red wine is a whole different feeling than other alcohols, so it's worth ot every once in a while.
Genuinely concerned at this point, I should not be this dead, it isn't like I haven't gone harder than this in the recent past
Also I had some exams last week that I had been prepping for for months, and the day after the exam I break out in the most ridiculous number of spots, I'm a grown ass man, I don't get acne, who put a curse on me
I’ve been taking this Japanese OTC supplement called Hepalyse before drinking recently and - look, I am generally the first to call out homeopathic bs. I don’t believe in homeopathy.
I do believe in results, and this supplement completely erases my hangovers (which I too have noticed were getting worse with age).
I won’t link where to avoid shilling but I like the pill format if you’re ever curious and find some! Of course you still need water intake but this shit works for me lol.
Cool, haven't heard of this before but a few years ago I had some electrolyte drops and they worked great.
