Allow mods of comms to upload custom CSS files that can override user-set themes

Aside from the site’s theme, there is no CSS customization. Pull requests welcome:

I doubt this will ever be accepted since it's not frontend agnostic.

Edit: I take that back. It could be accepted but seems low priority.

Yeah that was my first impression as well. On top of that, each the community’s CSS would have to somehow work with every available user-selectable theme. If some community overrides my preference for a dark mode presentation, fuck that comm.

what about custom themes that people can put on subs they moderate and their own profile that override user-set themes
