The Frank List used to be a no frills website listing popular and TRUSTED vendors with discount codes. Now it's chat-centric, with annoying animation, a big old button that says "buy weed" and some bottom of the barrel vendors in the list.

Be careful when using this reference, it isn't what it used to be.
