stopped by my favorite birding spot after work and had these fellas fly in over my head. guest appearance by a great blue heron.

shot on sony a7siii with a tamron 150-500. all handheld and after the sun was behind the mountains, so you'll have to excuse some shakiness and focus issues.

music: creep - original song by Radiohead - performed by scott bradlee's post modern jukebox.

Oh, very well done - and if that level of camera shake is all you have to worry about, you're a far better photographer than I! Just a bit of a shame the file downloaded so slowly I didn't get to the end before other things called, but that's not on you.

damn, slow buffering? it's not actually making you like download download it right? it was doing that at first on my phone when I used a .mov container. seemed better with i switched it to an mp4. still looking for a better platform with embeddable video that isn't YouTube and supports larger/higher quality files, but also allows users to convert it down as needed. some people can't/don't want to load a 4k version.

the focus was worse than the shake. if you full screen it it gets a little rough a few times. the shake is more just a bit of motion blur from time to time because of post stabilization. it wouldn't even be there if i was at a higher shutter speed, but I needed all the light i could get.
