Looks like it belongs to the genus Epohron.

I googled Tisza mayfly and the images i see are very similar but my picture was taken in the US. My apologies I should have mentioned that in the original post. Also this mayfly isn't that large, maybe an inch/2.5cm

This one is fresh from a molt. I've seen them teeny tiny.
