Cleaning podcast (startrek.website)

Housework has been a longtime struggle for me. Its one of those things that makes overwhelm seem more overwhelming. I have been using a cleaning podcast ~11months. Just throwing it on in and doing what I can when i have the energy to has transformed my confidence in the ability to deal with my space. Even if its just to get started on the essentials. I hope this helps someone

So it's a specific podcast or just a tip to listen to podcast while cleaning? Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

For everyday general cleaning I listen to "clean with me" season 3.

*note, even if the non cleaning related time filling chat isn't that interesting, the structure of the show helps me to "get things done"

For decluttering/organising I recommend Dana K White on youtube/ her audiobooks.

Now that I have created the habit of cleaning to podcasts I can pop on a general podcast from time to time, but def still use the cleaning podcast weekly and if im in a slump

Ok! I was asking cause I normally listen to Hardcore History while cleaning. The episodes are far and few between so I am keeping an eye out for recommendations. Cleaning themed podcasts won't probably work for me as I try to get rid of my thoughts from the process of cleaning ๐Ÿ˜…

Totally understand. You may already be familiar with this one, but I can recommend the ologies podcast for a fun listen. Also abc australia puts out some great podcsts (https://www.abc.net.au/listen/podcasts/a-z-podcasts). Good luck on your search ๐Ÿ™‚
