Keep up the effort and consistency, great work!

I started running in june 2021 to loose weight, and was stoked when I did my first sub-30min 5k 6 months later. Now my weekend long runs are longer than half marathons, but same pace that I could barely manage for a 5k 2 years ago. Haven't really lost the weight though...guess you really can't outrun a poor diet 🤷‍♂️

Running intervals can pay off really quickly. I thought I'd never break 50min for a 10k, but after I added intervals to my training once a week for 1-2 months, I managed.
