You could just use a file manager app to handle the moving and copying of files.
Yes I know but I like to see the images in folders, photo apps go out of their way to give you good thumbnails to make organizing photos easier, and that's something that is just not as seamless in any file app I've found
Solid Explorer supports gallery/thumbnail view, and can also manage NAS and cloud storage folders without any issues as well.
This is true and I've used it in the past but I guess I should have added that I want the option of being able to swipe through images and videos seamlessly, rather than having to deal with all the open with nonsense, or having to open another app, I don't understand why that stuff isn't built in to MOST android galleries, fstop finally has tbag for local files after several years
