Can someone explain what's going on here?
SCP stuff happening.
The camera allow to see entities from another other wold/dimension.
The computer could be part of these entities or it could be a secret biological computer only available to secret agencies.
Also, vague Soviet era bunker vibes.
The art style reminds me of the Submachine and Covert Front flash game series by Mateusz Skutnik.
