I've been looking for a weather app to use but every app uses AccuWeather which actually gets their data from NOAA (which is public and always free to use) and then repackage it for their own profit, so I would like to not give them any traffic if possible and go straight to NOAA. Does anyone know any apps like this?

That's cool, but I can't even figure out how to set my location.

This app rules. It’s also on iOS for Apple users. It has the basics you want, and loads of extras. Still learning how ti use it.

That'd be great!

I don't use an app for weather. I use Weather Underground in my web browser. I'm sure they use some of the sources you mentioned but they also have a network of people with personal weather stations that you can access.

I like Today Weather. Uses National Weather and has other sources available too.
