80 miles per hour might be a little too fast for urbanites to focus.

But, a top speed of 80 comes with nice acceleration to keep up with traffic or get out of a sticky situation

thats also part of the reason why combustion engine motorcycles go faster than needed

Riding at top speed is dangerous because of the missing options to escape. I had a VStar 650, and it was nice, but too slow for anywhere with a limit over 45.
