Today I saw a totem pole made of skeletons. I tried to come up with a word for it, something like skeletotem pole and accidentally imagined a similar sounding scrotum-totem pole.

Now you are going to imagine one. Do you draw faces on them? Position them to make eyes and stretch them out?

My father frequently used "That's low on the scrotum pole" for an issue he didn't care about. I've been thinking about this for a terrifyingly long time.

Draw faces, and have them positioned by importance.

Not quite a scrotum pole, but there is certainly an interpretation of this statue of Cybele where what we are looking at are not multiple breasts, but actually the scrota of her eunuch priesthood.
