It only went up 11%points, which is a miracle considering the 230% inflation going on before he took office.

How much if your country would be in poverty if next year their savings and income were effectively slashed by 60%?

It went up by 11% points. The amount of people in poverty increased by 25%

True. Corrected. The point is that was already pretty bad and getting worse quick, so reaching 50% isn't that surprising. His policies probably slowed it down.
