Kind of a rocky start, but matches are going fairly quickly now!

I only caught a little bit of the tourney, because I had shit to do and it was taking so long.

It's nice to see some competitive events happening for SC, but it's still a bit early in development. Hopefully with the arena commander improvements coming in 3.20, events like this will get better.

I went back today and skimmed through some of the fights.

If they can get to where there's more actual content, then this format will work well. The need more time showing the brackets and less time showing the announcers. It looked like they only had a handful of the fights live, but then barely showed the bracket to see where the other competitors were standing.

Honestly yeah. They need some additional camera men that spectate each fight, so they can move between them.

With the spectator mode coming to AC, these issues will all be solved.

You can follow the leaderboard here: https://atmoesports.challonge.com/FightorFlight2953

On to round 2, which contains the competitors from the last ATMO 2v2 tournament.

Fun matches, but it's kinda lame that there's no winner today. I don't care much to see a bunch of streamers get carried later on. I want to know who the best PvPers are.

They're going to finish the matches on Sept 2 or something, so you will get to see a true winner. After the tournament, it's the top 4 that get to continue on to Citizencon, but an actual winner will be crowed in two weeks.
