Ok, wtf is going on?! I’ve heard at least 15 units, there are choppers not showing on flight radar, train line is down and nothing on VicEmergency.

As a general rule lots of emergency services + train + no info tends to mean someone hit by a train. Although I think when there was a suspected bomb at Ringwood the situation was much the same, although that had roads around the station blocked off too.
