I think my favourite so far has been Caliban and the Witch by Silvia Fererici.

I want to read The Origins of Capitalism by Ellen Meiksins Wood one day, heard it's good.

I read it very recently and I would say it's really excellent and a must-read. It's also easy to read I think.

The Origins of Capitalism by Ellen Meiksins Wood

I started reading that, but it references so many other works that I haven't read, so it was a little hard to follow.

I don't have a specific one about the history of capitalism in full, but a great read about American capitalism is called Palo Alto: A History of California, Capitalism, and the World by Malcolm Harris.
