Deleted scene from S6E17 "Meet the Woggels!"

My first several times watching this deleted scene, I genuinely had no idea where it would have fit into the episode. But after realizing that this is likely supposed to be young Colleen, I think I have it figured out. In the full episode, in the scene where Colleen interrupted Jack's ribbon cutting with a phone call, Jack accuses of her of ruining every important moment in his life. I think right after that is where this flashback was to have gone.

Who’s playing Young Colleen? It almost looks like Julia Louis-Dreyfus to me.

Looks like Nicol Paone, who was an even younger Colleen in "Leap Day" that season.
