The title would really benefit from not using the abbreviation ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis).

Also fair. But it's gonna show up for plenty outside the community as well. Don't know if this is app specific but mine basically functions as /r/all on Reddit. Just pulls posts from everywhere.

On most apps you can see “all” but also have a feed for your subscribed communities.
