MODERATORS

Netflix has the greatest number of subscribers worldwide, they’ve been watching from the bench as Amazon gains viewers who are tuning into the platform’s “Thursday Night Football” games.

“So, this is really a move where Netflix is trying to maintain its competitive edge in a widening playing field,” he added.

The company may also be working to get ahead of a growing trend of cord-cutters, who have still largely had to rely on traditional means of television to catch sporting events.

Nothing is allowed to be distinct, but at the same time, everything must exclusively licensed. So trying to watch any damn thing legitimately requires paying for half a dozen identical services that only exist to dick each other out of a tiny sliver of revenue. Which probably doesn't even work - since now they've all got half the customers they want. They keep twenty percent of four zillion instead of ten percent of eight zillion and all it took was ruining a company so good that people stopped pirating, by choice. Good jorb, guys!
