Nope, B is officially supposed to be left hand. B is equidistance from both index fingers. Y is closer to the right than the left.
B is very commonly typed with the right hand, though, just because so many people are right handed. I'm weird with it, and use both fingers, depending on what word I'm typing and if the other hand is more busy.
Oh...now that I've typed some more, I've realized that I use my right hand to type B for some words as well, that's weird.
When it comes to Y, I have no idea why, but it somehow feels more comfortable for me to type it with my left, and I'm right handed...

Hmmm 🤔 On my keyboard I get either “Ui,,;” or “Jnkku”. Then again, I’m using a far more civilized layout than the intentionally slow one Mr Scholes invented in 1873. 😆
