How does someone so obviously stupid still play the media like a fiddle? No spotlights on Trump's absurdly corrupt cabinet; too focused on "GUNNA BUY GREENLAND AND ANNEX CANADIA AND INVADE MEXICO"
If this continues to be how most voters inform themselves, we're completely fucked.
Yeah, it's clear he's trying to distract with the ruse and the media is complicit.
That’s the whole point, let me make you focus on this so I can slip something else by, look to the shadows.
Trump made a lot of threats about shutting down news outlets and broadcasters because "they were mean to him." They are now playing up to him and his bullshit because they don't want him to act on it. The fact they're doing this shows they have no confidence in any regulatory agencies or congress to stop him because Republicans control everything and will do Trump's bidding. They're just trying to stay in business and will play his dumb game, even though this will help make the country worse. I wouldn't be surprised that after this term, just about every news outlet is like Fox News. Yes, that's an outlandish statement, but with how things are looking and will eventually go, it's still within the realm of possibility. That realm has expanded exponentially.
I wonder how many of them actually got the free meal...
They probably got charged for it.
They probably got something off the dollar menu, if at all.
