I would because their YouTube channel has been really excited about it but how do I watch it, and would I be able to understand it?

I don't think this has gotten an international or digital release. So, it would only be in Japanese theaters right now. The bot uses the AniList api to schedule posts, so it isn't terribly useful for movies (most of the time), due to the really long delay between Japanese release vs. international.
