So civilians not participating or who do not agree with their governments decisions still get screwed? Wow good job guys! I do not support the invasion of Ukraine, but this is a stupid decision. The west is just as morally bankrupt as Russia, life saving treatments should be given no matter our personal bias, that's the job of health care providers. No matter who you are and what you have done, if you are under my care you are getting treatment.

Russia has launched a war of aggression. Russian leader Putin enjoys an 80% approval rating. This change won't happen for a year:

Consequently, the planned deliveries for the year 2024 will remain unaffected.

Stop trying to make this out like the west is doing anything even close to what Russia is. If Russia wants to be an aggressive pariah state, they can make their own fucking drugs.
