they're okay with it; they okay with all of it, so long as "undesirables" are hurt worse than they are.

there are a few books that describe this phenomenon; "dying of whiteness" comes to mind.

Did the majority (600ish, as a guess) of those fired actually vote for their own firing?

Given VA demographics and hiring practices, there's a good chance that's the case.

You know what country had universal free health care in the 70s and 80s, a medical city of multiple teaching hospitals which lead it to become the hub of medicine for the entire region and produced globally respected doctors?
