Logitech makes great keyboards, and they're not too in your face with all the RGB (it's not for me, but understand the appeal for others). Switzerland based. I think their gaming accessories are called "G".

As a TL;DR: Nice to see that the brands I already intuitively associate with high to very high quality (SteelSeries, Wooting, Cherry) are actually European. Seems like Chinese and American Quality is not good enough for us lmao
