I made a graphic for Gmax Snorlax with the best tanks and DPS to use.
Our local group has had a lot of success with the two-tank and one-DPS strategy. Use tanks to absorb damage and build up the Max Meter, then switch to your damage dealer during the Dynamax phase. After the Dmax phase, switch back to your tank and repeat.
