About 10 days in and easily found 50, so it's a good season.
Will start some serious foraging in the next few days as the weather moderates a bit and stays above zero....

I saw some of these growing right beside the Charles Street tap!

There is a municipal water line run from Southampton that has a tap with potable water just off the parkway on Charles. It is completely unmarked, so I hope I'm not giving away two secrets here (the morels and the tap).

I'm gonna check it out - I'll keep you posted.
It's been probably 3 weeks since I found any: the last 2 were hiding on my own property, but they were 'false morels' (very nasty to consume.)

When I saw them last, they were not looking appetizing anymore. I think they are too late but I suppose they will return.
