I went to an ADHD peer support group today but it was pure chaos.

this is how I more or less would imagine ADHD support group lol
I was expecting there to be more structure and direction because if people are struggling with that already it seems like the lack of it will only multiply the chaos and allow just the loudest to have space - just like it did. But I guess others enjoyed and needed it and that's one reason why I don't relate to the ADHD experience alone. 😅 I visited an autism peer support group last week and it was totally different and a great experience all in all!
That's hilarious from an outside perspective.
It is kinda funny, although I was so overwhelmed from the experience that I had to leave early (well, late actually because it was already overtime at that point). But I guess for those of us who are the chaotic and noisy sort that probably was relieving.
i got my glasses and finally can see things, its crazy ability to see things
Yay glasses! I love mine. There is no way I could do contacts or lasik.
