Whenever I see something like this in one of these posts I'm never sure if it's some special Sovcit magic word like "overstand", or the poster is just a complete moron. I mean about spelling, in addition to the Sovcit moronity.

Reading this gives me the impression the writer has the same giddy feeling I had when I came up with the brilliant idea of registering a lottery ticket AFTER the numbers had already been drawn. I was going to be so rich. I was 7.

I think he’s sending letters to the police saying you owe me $25k for imagined offenses, and unless you write me back it means you agree to the debt.
