ingredientsRed cabbage, portobellos, bell pepper, carrots, celery, onion and fresh garlic. Seasoned with thyme, sage, paprika, rosemary and black pepper.


It turned out so pretty! Only problem is was a flat so i used coconut oil to add fat, it wasn't bad at all but coconut definitely seemed incongruent.

Pretty damn good, really wished i had figured out how to mask the coconut. It's mostly on the nose so i know i need an aromatic but Im stumped.

At this point, I would consider adding a scoop of Thai red chili paste, maybe some miso, and some natural peanut butter and you've got a veggie Thai curry going. Put that over rice and you're in flavor country
