World communism achieve tomarrow. You need to use all the combined state capacity of the world to deal with climate change and doing socialism. Is this capacity distributed in a useful way? Is there a time limit before it decreases below useful levels?

yeah i don't want to be doomer but things seem increasingly urgent.
