but why would you want to search for things when you can just let Google show you all the great products and services from affiliated Google partners that you're algorithmically predicted to want to see based on all the information Google already has about you?
i just remembered that using google is even worse than chatgpt because you’re unwittingly using ai with every search
Gotta justify the $5 Trillion "investment" / debt laundering into make auto money snake oil somehow. Npoopia was valued at $3 trillion alone and they scrubbed their GPU consumer line for AI.

I think this is actually them A/B testing on giving up on automatically generating some AI bullshit with every search. Soon, you'll have to intentionally go to the AI Slop tab in order to make it generate the useless wrong info!
The AI slop tab will become the default though, and two thirds of people will never notice.
