This is the first review that the Mad Watch Collector has done on a Casio ProTrek watch. The review is a very positive consideration of the upcoming Casio ProTrek PRW35LD. While I'm not a Pro Trek kind of consumer, I did find his follow-up comment about its price rather provocative. While displaying the Casio LF-20, he mentions:
- "The obvious signs that Casio have been dumbing down their budget watches if you want to see the best Casio have to offer you got to pay a bit more."*
Not sure how clued-in the Mad Watch Collector is as far as Casio is concerned. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, it's definitely concerning to hear how Casio corporate might be tinkering with the beloved budget Casio line of watches.
