Toronto's local residential areas need to be taken back by the local community and residents that live within them.

This means restrictions on car traffic using residential streets as a throughways. This is achived with the addition of one-way streets, dead ends for cars and vehicles traffic while allowing pedestrians and cycling access.

Jones Avenue like many other similar local streets lined with single family homes on both sides are utilized like throughways for non-local car traffic. This streets needs a complete redesign and "road diet".
