There's a button in three to right where you can change the sort order (next to the 3 dots submenu). This applies to comments and posts.

When looking at a list of posts those three lines let you sort the posts, but when you are looking at a list of comments (when you are looking at a particular post) the three lines let your sort the comments. (The three lines look the same, but they behave differently depending on whether you are looking at a list of posts or at a particular post + comments).
