SETI - Search for Extra Terrestial Intelligence.

The most I could find was the Far Neighbor Project and some SETI at FAST from 2019 n such https://astrobiology.com/2023/12/seti-at-fast-in-china.html and some astronomical projects from 2013 with the DPRK and OAD.

Am wondering if anyone has any more information or even books/documentaries to share on the topic? I also can understand if those respective nations wouldn't have the will and/or desire to allocate resources to these kind of programs too.
