Lets not overlook that the Dutch also had a raging resistance that included companies intentionally making faulty parts for the Nazis.

Of course, most of the countries here had an active and heroic resistance against Nazi occupation. It's more highlighting what a ridiculous idea of the "UNSTOPPABLE NAZI WAR MACHINE" is when the only wars it won were sucker-punches against smaller nations, and conquering France with the power of drugs (and French high command incompetence).

Yes, but we also had plenty of collaborators, some even got a nice state pension in Germany.

Neither polish paratroopers and the 1st armored division nor french army did surrender and fought for the entirety of the war.

In fact, thanks to the French that fought street to street, the BEF was allowed a respite escaping Dunkirk.

The Polish paratroopers fought some of the worse part of Operation Market Garden and thanks to them the 1st Airborne was able to escape. And, thanks to some very very stubborn Dutch partisans, eluded capture for a month and eventually escaped to fight again.

Let's not forget the "brilliant and independent economy" either, which resulted in people eating pretty much only cabbage, potatoes and government-mandated leftover slop for a decade - starting well before the war kicked off.
