I would dsy the end of the European front doubled the life expectancy. Kinda weird to attribute that to a single person. The Soviets were instrumental in the defeat of the Nazis, no doubt. But saying they doubled the life expectancy of all of Europe as their claim is like saying Churchill was a good person.
