It's only ever Vote Blue No Matter Who when it's the establishment pick. Any other time it's "oh we should let the voters have their say."

The problem has been our attendance, not the primaries themselves. Progressives run often, but they rarely win. Congressional primary attendance has been below 15% for the last 40 years. The centrists in Congress are a direct result of us allowing retirees to pick our candidates for the general elections.

Research the candidates on the ballot in advance. Find the progressive who is the best for your district or state, and stump! Get the word out, and support them any way you can.

It’s time we stop rewarding those with the means to reach us in our living rooms and blaming others for our lack of participation. Sign up for mailers if you forget. Signs up for mail-in ballots if you have an irregular schedule.

I'm squarely in the Democrat side except for one thing. Guns. I think there's a lot of Democrats who wouldn't vote against their second amendment rights and people like David Hogg are bad for the party.

Isn't he one of the people that bullied the guy that ended up shooting up the school?
