In the series Continuum this actually happens. Due to some trauma there is a therapist only she can see (due to her implants). Even worse, if she doesn’t come to terms with her trauma, virtual-doc is authorized to erase the parts of her memory causing issues…. Which just happens to be of her son.
I do Telehealth, so this is actually true for me. I even lay down (in bed) to be more relaxed.
