Man i wanna nitpick this about the technical details being all wrong regardless of any possible glitches, but if it's surrealist then there are no rules so it could be explained away with that

I'm assuming the gameboy is incapable of actually displaying this, right? Also to be fair to the artist, "gameboy" was just a tag and it was actually untitled.

Correct. The Gameboy with green and black display is the original Gameboy device, and it had MUCH lower resolution than this, and wasn't capable of 3D graphics, let alone one that had this many objects in it, and the effective frame rate wasn't as fast as this is. Phew, i feel a bit better, thanks for giving me the go-ahead to explain it

Not sure, I'd try looking for gameboy glitch aesthetic. That's what this image was tagged at least.
