Yes and no. You can get Vivaldi, Firefox, Orion, Chrome, Brave, etc. But from the article: “[Apple forces] them to use Apple’s WebKit engine, which they cannot modify or control.”

So then that means no extensions, no Adblocker etc...
iOS has had adblockers for years. Safari (iOS) has had extensions for a year or two.

Kind of. I use Brave and it does block ads natively in the browser on my iPhone and iPad unlike my experience in Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox where none exists. You can also use separate apps for adblocking but it’s not always successful in my experience.
But yeah, other than that, no extensions in the browsers.
I did see something yesterday on here about a uBlock Origin Lite being available for Safari on iPhone, but I have yet to look into it to see exactly what it does.
