I'm guessing the horse girl game and anime that's based on real race horses.
Probably Uma Musume, a horse girl racing and probably gacha game. I didn't know they're gay. The anime implied some gayness iirc but nothing confirmed maybe
They're like 90% trans (from a certain point of view) and a core mechanic is passing down "legacies" which amounts to lesbian racehorse breeding.
Game is gay AF.
Also half of the characters start crushing on their athletic coach (you) in their stories, and you pick your gender.
We might argue that this is further proof that the entire adult nation of Japan should be banned from being within 100m of their schools but it does add some more potential gayness to the pile.
