I have one of these on my Portola: Would recommend for low to moderate theft areas but if you need something more substantial I suggest pairing it with a good Ulock (Litelok X1/X3 or a Skunklock Chemical).
micromobility - Bikes, scooters, boards: Whatever floats your goat, this is micromobility
Ebikes, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, longboards, eboards, motorcycles, skates, unicycles, heelies, or an office chair: Whatever floats your goat, this is all things micromobility!
"Transportation using lightweight vehicles such as bicycles or scooters, especially electric ones that may be borrowed as part of a self-service rental program in which people rent vehicles for short-term use within a town or city.
micromobility is seen as a potential solution to moving people more efficiently around cities"

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:
Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.
Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.
Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.
holy shit I didn't realize how massive it was until the photo with a hand.
It would still be like 5-6 seconds with an angle grinder though...
As expected, he was able to compromise it with a single cut with an angle grinder (see photo above), but it took 40 seconds, which was longer than other folding locks he was testing at that time.
Looks like it take substantially longer than that but this is why it's good to pair locks or chains like this with a good U lock like a Litelock X3 (will force them to use multiple cutting wheels and possibly run out unless they brought like half a dozen) or maybe a Skunklock Chemical if you're feeling vindictive against bike thieves (I usually use that with either a Hiplok Gold or the Forever depending on which bike I am riding).
The higher theft area you live in the more layers of security you should have.
