shooting live rounds into a crowd of (presumably) unarmed or lightly armed (think sticks, stones) protesters is a vile, inexcusable failure or intentional executions to retain the status quo.
A police force with tear gas, water cannons and riot gear has zero reasons to resort to live ammunition.

Oh I actually just learned a cool trick for this.

If there's ever a crowd of innocent people you want to mow down, you can just say they're Hamas. You don't even have to say it beforehand, you can declare it after the fact (if you get caught)

So far it's worked 100% of the time I've seen it used so it's seemingly pretty foolproof
