Sorry for not seeing this earlier. The character's silhouettes are from the game's official art, I used a city scrappers image as a background then posterized it and matched the colors with color> colorize, then added the title. Anything else is made using layers masks and different brushes with solid color layers, then added a paper texture image with overlay blending mode.
