It's on the way! That feature is currently being tested in the beta, and will definitely be out in the next App Store release.
If you're on the beta and it's not working, please let me know so I can open a bug fix issue.

It’s working for me but hard to catch that it is the comment at the top, it would be easier if the comment would also get highlighted with a colour or open in “single comment mode” with a button to show “all comments” like on reddit apps/Apollo.
