I feel kinda bad for spamming this fight. With the knuckle thing that lets you stay in one spot on the wall, you can park and just jab them as they dance on by.

When I first found them, I avoided hitting them, and tried to just dodge around them. Then when the inevitably hit me, I would hit them just enough to gain enough Silk to heal it back, and then go back to just dodging around them
