Every day, there’s a major scandal, and yet Trump still isn’t in prison. That’s what makes this such bullshit. I can’t believe no one in government is brave enough to uphold the law.

I don’t think that’s the issue exactly. There were several people in government trying to uphold the law… during the Biden admin. Then SCROTUS decided the President should be king, and be above accountability for their actions.

they strung him along in the courts for most of 2024, and that was for publicity, they wernt even serious in convicting him the first place, they just need political capital for the election.

I love this picture of him.

the look he's giving reminds me of the Alzheimer's patients in care facilities that know something is wrong, but clearly believe the staff is trying to kill them by forcing them to take their meds and do arts & crafts.

it's the look of "alright bitch, I'll do it for now but I'm gonna shit all over the chair in 15 minutes and completely forget why immediately after."
